OCM is regularly adding new countries to our distribution. We currently ship to the following countries:

• Asia: China, Egypt, Hong Kong, India, Japan, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand
• Europe: Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Montenegro, United Kingdom
• Middle East: UAE, Qatar
• North America: Canada, United States
• South America: Brazil
• Oceania: Australia

Please allow order shipment arrival in 4-6 weeks from the 2-week pre-order close as items will be produced then shipped.

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make modifications.

We now ship to a handful of countries around the world. Orders are shipped from Los Angeles, CA with USPS, UPS and FedEx within the United States, and with FedEx for International orders. Please check your tracking email for delivery arrival.

The delivery recipient is responsible for paying any customs duties, taxes or fees assessed by the destination country. We recommend that either you or the addressee contact the destination local customs office for specifics.

While we can’t give exact restock and pre-order window dates, we aim to open additional 2-week pre-order events throughout the year. Stay tuned to OCM socials (Discord & Twitter) for the latest news on fresh OCM merch and upcoming pre-order events.

You will receive an email from OnChainMonkey Merch Store (no-reply@shopifyemail.com) when all items in your order are ready for shipment. Kindly allow 4-6 weeks for items to be produced, fulfilled, and shipped following the pre-order close. Please check your email Inbox and Junk/Spam folders for your tracking and/or vendor emails (no-reply@shopifyemail.com or info@merch.com). • Contact your neighbors in case the courier mistakenly left the package with them

• Contact your local USPS, UPS or FedEx courier branch

While we don’t currently offer returns, refunds or exchanges, if there’s anything wrong with your shipment, please let us know here within a week of receiving your order. We’ll help sort it out.
